Congratulations To Curtis Foltz

Congratulations to Curtis Foltz, the new executive director of the Georgia Ports Authority as of January 1, 2010.  Foltz has taken over for Doug Marchand, who retired in December 2009. Foltz joined GPA in August of 2004 as its chief operating officer and has been transitioning to his new position for the past five years.
