Alma Rodriguez - General Manager, Client Relations Center joined GPA in April 2019. Before joining the GA Ports, Alma has held various management positions over the past 37 years with CMA CGM, NYK Lines, and APL and has domestic transportation experience as well. Alma manages an experienced 12-person team that’s Mission is to provide an elevated level of service that provides “customer centricity” with every opportunity.
Vonnetta Epps - Process Manager, Client Relations Center joined GPA in July 2015. Vonnetta began her career with GA Ports as an Assistant Manger in Container Operations. She joined the Trade Development team in 2015 as the Assistant Manager of Market Research & Development and in May 2018 was promoted to CRC Process Manager. Vonnetta focuses on process improvement by implementing new procedures through technology for the Client Relations Center and is the liaison between U.S. Customs and Border Protection and GA Port’s customers.
