The Savannah Traffic Club Awards Scholarships

The Savannah Traffic Club Annual Scholarship Awards luncheon was held on April 14, 2015 at The Crosswinds Golf Club in Savannah, Georgia.  Five students from Georgia Southern University were awarded $2,000 scholarships to assist in their educational pursuit of a degree in logistics.  The students were Aja Blair, Ashley Heap, Danielle Hutchings, Kelly McCall and Skyler Nikolas.  Dr. Ben Skipper, Assistant Professor of Logistics at Georgia Southern University, provided an overview of the logistics programs at Georgia Southern University.

Susan Barnard, STC President, also provided a summary of the STC year and fundraising results along with a review of upcoming events and plans for the future.
