Savannah Traffic Club Non-Resident Membership is for one individual.

Any person whose established base of operations is outside the Savannah Development Zone 12, counties of Bryan, Bulloch, Camden, Chatham, Effingham, Glynn, Liberty, Long, McIntosh or Screven counties. Non-resident members cannot vote or hold office.

In order to be eligible for this membership level you must live and work outside of a 100 mile radius of Savannah.

This STC Non-Resident Membership is good for one year. The Savannah Traffic Club, Inc. membership year starts on April 1st, and ends on March 31st of the following year.

If you are a first time Savannah Traffic Club member, with membership accepted after October 1, the dues will be one-half the applicable charge, and valid through March 31st.

No pro rata dues except as stated above.
